I know that Rec Hands, Catch in Traffic, Rec. Awareness and Rec Consistency are all important. I usually try to balance the 4. Would I be better off maxing Hands first?
Rob, OSIRIS, Myrick, Hayrow, dcarbo, agerm73, jay,...I am looking for some sagely veteran advice. Thanks guys!

Wrong forum, but I favor Hands first, then rec consistency 2nd before doing others

I usually go for a balanced approach early, except for awareness which I don’t take that high. I don’t start adding sprinting until late in the rookie season so those three can get pretty high by the start of sophomore.

read this thread and atlbruces img link to see how to build the best wr in the game. This is why I no longer sign closed build players unless I can trust the agent lol.

A lot of it depends on how you use them also. If you don't run your WR1 on many crosses etc then CiT is less important than on your WR3 that you put in traffic all the time

I don't think any of them need to be maxed before the others but you can shift more points towards certain ones.

I like hands the most, especially in early tiers. Wide open drops are frustrating. Next I like the CIT and Consistency and last would be receiving awareness. I know a lot of people really like receiving consistency but I have no clue what is considered a "Pressure situation".

I always went hands first, then catch in traffic. I always gave a small amount of balance on consistency and other stuff but focus on hands at first

thank you all for the input. It certainly helps me. I hope other new owners, coaches and players learn from it as well

I get build ideas by looking through the players' Hall of Fame (Players tab, HOF tab) from this season and the previous. You have to click through a bunch, because most are closed, but you can find enough open ones to give you an idea of which attributes are most important for that position, and which can be ignored.
