Is going past 50 on Pass Awareness worth it? I want my QB to get rid of the ball fast because he holds it a long time and gets sacked. His Pass Awareness is at 50 right now. If I got it up really high, would I see a difference?

You want more passing power to get the ball out faster. Passing Awareness just helps the QB find which read is open, if they are getting open.

Thank you! I wish that would be described in the attributes

I mean, it's not because that's not at all what Pass Power does.

Higher Pass Power - Higher pass velocity

Pass Awareness - Works through checkdowns faster, thus might result in faster snap-to-release times. Many have questioned how effective it is though.

It's almost like the attributes should be updated with more accurate and complete information

Yeah, you throw faster, not sooner.

But isnt throwing faster better? like i mean if i had 10 power vs 50 power and everything else the same... you are saying they both still get the ball out at the same time on the same play vs a blitz.... or at the soon to be time?

From reality perspective - bigger arm mean U can attack smaller windows. So it basically should enable U to throw to earlier window that wasnt there for weak arm...

It's not making the release of the pass any sooner, it just makes the ball fly faster in the air once it is released, making it harder for defenders to adjust to the pass and giving them less time to do so. It also makes it a liitle harder for the receiver to catch it, but muuuuuch harder for a defender to get it then.

So it's generally very helpful, but has diminishing returns once you get above 50 I think.

generally not really, slower armed QBs have to release earlier to hit the same window so there are no windows a stronger QB would be able to throw into faster than a weak-arm one. BUT, there are some windows that are only open for a second that a weak-arm QB has to throw before the receiver would be open, and this game doesn't have the ability to make those reads at the moment, so there are windows that just don't exist for a slower-armed QB that do for one with a bigger arm. Problem is, with how inconsistent reading is, the chance of you seeing a situation that a 75 throw power QB might be able to hit vs a 50 are slim, and with such a high investment into a ridiculously expensive skill the accuracy and consistency on those passes might negate the extra opportunity.

I'd not take the skill over 60.
