They did things to enhance the game in GLB1 using FireFox. Such as power rankings, stuff to help with builds, and my favorite custom fields. Never really took off here.

basically they took away scripts and gave us that sham of a thing called GLB2 Scout

Independent user game us scout just like all those greasemonkey scripts in GLB1. Greasemonkey was free though. I don't think Stobie is making much off scout, sounds like the servers are pretty expensive.
