-Lose the Journeyman tier
•All in all, journeyman is like the seasoned tier.... useless. Losing the tier would decrease the blow of losing players. Since creating players at any tier doesn't seem to be a thing, at least we would be able to replace players in a reasonable time frame. Plus, the time sustained at vet would increase, thus creating more competition at a higher level.
Drawback: Devs would lose some flex purchases, harder to recruit
Possible solution: The extra flex conserved on renewal may go towards player building (not including boosting), and new players may be more likely to stay due to the quicker road at getting to a higher level and being able to actually understand how the game worlds when they get destroyed in vet and can easily repeat the process of rebuilding in a shorter amount of time.
-Create Players at any tier
•Self explanatory
-Create teams and any tier
•piggybacks off both the first two. Mainly on this list because of the level of high competition in vet. for those guys that go mia and come back, or just a collective group having a ton of players in the same tier.... they can jump right into the fire.
-Expand auto renew and contracts
•I went on vacation a few seasons back and it was a tight window for me to get my team renewed. Some guys already know how long they want their team to be around and the players on them. Allow users to renew for more than one season at a time, while also having the option to sign players long-term for the duration of the renewal (would cut back the sting of inactives, especially in vet)
-Features
•I see new plays are being added and we know you guys won't always be able to make significant changes. We are easy people to please. If there aren't any sim changes, then just throw us a bone like little feature changes.
Ex: Links to gamewide championship games and all-star games on their respective days. Like a little ESPN watch now feature
Ex: An all time list for specific teams (for those with a minimum of 5-7 seasons in existence)
