Is it possible to allow us to purchase a frozen team (say day 30) then just load the team with rookies (also frozen at exp) I know that people like to make them after the changelog but sometimes i would prefer not to have to wait

Maybe give us some template builds of say a power backs or specific player types that has a preset skill template then we can just level up the players. Lets face it a lot of guys build the players the same way, lets save some time and this will also help the new blood get some decently built toons.

You dont have to wait to make players you just dont click the box that says Experienced.

Not what he' saying, If I know I want to buy a team for next season i would like to purchase the team and have a full roster and depth chart setup before the upcoming offseason. Essentially eliminating my offseason work.

Isn't that how CPU rosters work?

I hope the devs pay attention to this. I'd think it wouldn't be too hard to implement, it would encourage new team creation, and it would make it easier to fill a roster.

you have no control over your computer teams. If you do build templates or even cpu recruiting where they accelerate at human levels this could really help new players as well. Just open builds for owner to see. Then have development tree inside their template.
