Ummm contract renegotiations were automatically sent out a week ago...next time accept them and this wouldn't happen, duh

No there is a Bug. Several players had already accepted their contracts and were on the rosters. Take a look at the team logs.
Also I can't get accepted to a couple teams because it says it would put tea over the cap, but the have several CPU dots sitting there taking up slots that usually get cut to allow you to sign.

Same with Phoenix Retirees. I cannot sign anymore players because the cap limit is reached, yet there are several CPUs on the team.
