Beginner here. Tried GLB2 a while back but didn't put effort into it. It seems that this game is much more alive than GLB classic So im looking to make a long term player.

I want to make a physical hard hitting LB but I also want him to be able to pick off passes. I want him to be used in many different packages from Blitzes to run stuffs and coverage but his main function should be doing damage on hits.

Also, on what day should I consider creating this player?

Is this a regular or Super Star LB?

20% more points to play with and +10 cap to all skills.

Will definitely factor into how you build him.

You need the Superstar slot unlocked first off. Which will take time. So you being new likley will build regular to start out.

I think for a hard hitter he needs to move well to start with. Need very good conditioning to run faster longer. Might have to rely on knock loose for coverage lol

Much like dbill said, it's gonna take time before you can build a S* LB. The S* Lbs you can afford to make the player good at everything (but not great at everything). While a normal LB player doesn't have enough points to be good at everything, you can however make them really good at 1 thing if you focus on that players single most important responsibility.

For a hard hitter, my personal opinion;
At least;
70 Sprinting
50 quickness
30 diving
80 conditioning
40 toughness
30 heart
30 intimidation

From there it's going to depend on scheme and specific position the player will be?

We have some hard hitters. Our non S* is something like this. http://www.glb2scout.com/vpimages/46_2102_1518930799.png

This is the best all around zone LB build in GLB history. This prototype has been top 5 in the tier in several categories in many seasons, such as tackles, sticks, PDs, INTs, KL and FFums.

Seems like he would fall down frequently.
