I've tried sending 3 support tickets and not a single one appears in my Outbox... to get around this I sent DD a direct message. I think the Support ticket is broken and is DD sick?

I still need my chem fixed:

Need the chemistry fixed back to 100 on my Kentucky Mountaineers team due to roster changes in offseason:

It's always been a thing that if you have to sign new agents in the off season due to instances where a dot goes inactive for example, you have to lower salary to free up space to sign a new dot... then DD will go back and put your chem back up for the guys you had to lower once you fix your roster. However, DD is AWOL or something.
