I have a feeling that nobody in the Lion conference can TOUCH the top few teams in the Elephant conference IMHO lol... let the debate and/or trash talk commence

Not so sure about that. We definitely have the tougher conference, but the Nightmares, Marvins, Impalas and even the Bandits could drop an L on anyone any given (except maybe Kinshasa after they boosted).

For those teams that don't make the playoffs, are the scrimmages within conference? Inter-conference?

well whoever we play in the finals will see we can hand it to them pretty good.

Oh, it's on like Donkey-Kong.

This will then be a fight between the middle and lower teams of the league. It will show that Lion not only has top talent, but strong teams throughout.

problem is scrimmage games aren't taken seriously and can't be a good representation

I think that whichever team makes it to the Superbowl from our conference will represent us well.

Ranking teams comparison as it stands now


1) Nightmares vs. Silverbacks
I call this one even. Neither have shown weakness, so there is no way to judge this one

2) Impalas vs. Rumblers
Rumblers on this one. They look like they can beat anyone even the silverbacks.

3) Starvin marvins vs. Rwanda Assasins.
Starvin Marvin have a defense that can stop the tide and an offense that can move mountains. They should be number two.

4)Bandits vs. Corsairs
Beltway. The amount of defensive talent Beltway brings to the table the Corsairs would struggle to score.

5) Band of Brothers vs. Valhalla Norsemen
Norsemen. They have been battle tested and I think hold an edge to a BoB team that have beaten badly when confronted with talent.

6)Diamonds vs. Shinobis
Too Close to call. You could find some reasons for either team to claim better, but I don't see any clear victor.

7) Red Sea Wave vs. Ghana Buffalos
Even again. Both Teams have similar records beaten teams they should beat. Nothing really impressed me in any of their victories, and I will call it an even match up

8)Strikers vs Sharks
Strikers. Sharks are good, but are more of a one or two man show. Strikers have a tough line that will allow their offense to function properly, and a stout defense.

These conferences are pretty even. Elephant might have a slight edge, but I think any of the top four teams in both conferences could beat any of the other top four
teams in the conference on any given day. Basically these are two very even conferences in my opinion.

Who cares about the bottom. You all equally suck.

How can we look like we can beat the Silverbacks? That game already happened... You guys act like there aren't exploitable weaknesses on this team. We just aren't that much different from the other top teams, except we are all designed to play together.

It must be tough to "design" your team to play together when almost every starter is your own. lol.
