Speaking of..... with all this hype about balance or no balance. I would like multiple agents to join me in some testing;

This shall be a non boosted test.

I would like to take ideas of how to start the test, and depending on how many agents, we'll decide on how many different build styles?

For starters I would say; (example)
3 agents start off at:
Strength- 1
Agility- 7
So on....

This way we start with an even ground. Then at the very beginning of each tier(or however), each player performs 3 games and then applies the designated points...

This form of testing will allow us to test multiple variables, while having multiple agent results. This could start to bring us a better "educated guess" of what particular skills effect or builds.

Who would like to join me in testing this with? We will discuss starting points and points appliance once identity approx how many people we have interested.

I'm down, even with a small core of people we can start to multiply sample sizes

That's 2, can we get another 1 or 2?

So how are you going to get the D to be the same? Or the D builds for that matter?

Better of trying to get three guys in the same league to build their guys how they want but run the same O system and see who performs.

Precisely why sample size is so devastatingly important, as well as watching the plays themselves and not just basing it all on numbers.

I'll join it. Is BALANCE on a HB going to be the 1st thing we test? And what kind of build should we use it on?

I'm thinking Elusive HB since we have limited points being unboosted and non S*

3 Games isn't enough, something like 2 HBs with the exactly same build, playing for the same team for a whole season, but one with high investment in balance and other with 0, each playing 50% of the snaps.

With stay in the realm of pick up game testing, what would be a better option?

Alright, everyone in on it.... How should we start the builds?

Problem being that no matter how you do it each back is going to face different sets of players, different formations, different run plays.

You can't control the variables, so you have to just go for as big a sample size as you can.

Yes but in a spam of 30 games you cant tell if its doing something, you can also set screens against someone and ask them to spam some plays on defense, while your team also spams.

Offense:
2 te - sweep right + off tk left
2 wr - si sweep strong + wi dive left
3 wr - trips pitch strong + outside handoff
4 wr - pitch strong + off tk left

Defense:

2 te - 4-3 2 man under
2 wr - 4-3 1 robber
3 wr - dime c1 man under
4 wr - 4-3 qb spy

create like 5-10 scrims with the same teams, players, put garbage players on the special teams to save energy.

Well for those people that are planning on doing this, I'm going to finish this tier with QB to get the S* point. But then I'm starting

get a template out and I'll start mine when you do, got a HB that I'm working up now but the main goal of what I set out to see with him is pretty much accomplished - I'll run a secondary test after we get done with these guys.
