Please if people can occasionally post here with something to add about being successful, so that this forum doesn't get lost as well.

Building YOUR offense;
Step 1: make a plan of what you want your offense to be? Passing, rushing, or combo?
Pure Rushing offense is probably the easiest thing to do, especially with a rushing QB. But it requires a S*HB to succeed. But buyer beware, the illusion of being the easiest offense to run comes with the fault of being easy to shut down by a lot of the top teams.
Well then there's Pure Passing team's, now these teams require more things to truly work but if opponents aren't built right, it could be the hardest to stop. Pure Passing team's require a S* TE and a Screen WR, another S* WR is suggested, and a S* QB helps a ton!
And Finally there's the Combo Offense. Hear is my favorite offense to operate, mainly because I get less bored with it and adjust more of my game plan regularly. But, it can be time consuming. Here though it doesn't really require any S* players but I would suggest at least a S* HB and S* TE combined with a Screen WR to make life easier. Which brings me to....
Step 2: plan your roster and build the players accordingly! Don't just plug and pray, other agents don't want to join you if you don't have SOME kind of a plan in place.
Step 3: set your offensively playbook to match your builds and tactics. Here I will start to discuss some good plays to Start with;
I formation: PASS: weak flag deep post, double back out and up(WR2), TE Slant, I midfield Ins, WR Screen Strong
RUN: OUTSIDE: Sweep left, Sweep right

Strong I: RUN: INSIDE: Dive, Slam strong
OFF TACKLE: HB off tackle right
OUTSIDE: Sweep Strong, counter sweep strong

Weak I: PASS: WR Screen Strong, TE medium drag
RUN: INSIDE: HB Slam Weak
OUTSIDE: Toss Weak, Counter sweep weak

Pro Set: RUN: OUTSIDE: Sweep Strong

Diamond: PASS: Chalice(WR2)

BIG I: PASS: TE Crosses, TE Weak Overload
RUN: OUTSIDE: Sweep Right, Sweep left, Counter Sweep left
OFF TACKLE: Off Tackle left
INSIDE: HB Slam

Singleback BIG: PASS: ISO HB under(BTE), Short Hooks(TE or WR2), Flags
RUN: OUTSIDE: Sweep left, Sweep right, Counter sweep left
OFF TACKLE: left, right

Shotgun 3WR: PASS: TE Drive, Corner Threat, WR Hook(WR3)

SINGLEBACK 3WR: PASS: TE Post, TE Drive, Flanker Drag
RUN: OFF TACKLE: Left
INSIDE: HB slam

SINGLEBACK TRIPS: PASS: TE Flag, WR Post (TE), WR Unders, WR1 Clear Out
RUN: OUTSIDE: Toss right, Counter Strong, Toss left
OFF TACKLE: left, right
INSIDE: HB Slam

SPREAD: PASS: WR Hooks(WR3), WR Unders(WR3), Flags and Posts
RUN: INSIDE: Dive, Dive weak, Slam
OFF TACKLE: left, right
OUTSIDE: left, right

SHOTGUN TRIPS WEAK (4WR): PASS: HB Pressure, WR Clear out, Posts Go
RUN: OUTSIDE: Sweep weak

I left out 5WR cause for the most part it's sack bait unless built and used right, also left out Goalline cause unless built right it's not worth utilizing in comparison to other options.

Then there's QB rushing, I also left those plays out because they are SPAM for mainly lower tiers, but.... the best 2 options in my opinion are;
Singleback Trips QB Rollout Strong
Weak I QB Rollout Weak.
