Acknowledge the suggestions forum. Respond to them, consider them, and stop leaving users in the dark.

Why set up a forum to give feedback when there's very little reception to any of the feedback given?

When I respond, people get mad, so I just stopped.

It would be great to see more of you and Bort in the forums. At least it would look like you care about this game.

That sucks, but I personally would love to see you guys respond. I didn't realize there's been a hostile response in the past, but honestly, I'd STILL want to engage with my users even if they're yelling at me. If a user yell at you, I don't blame you for not responding, but please don't let that stop you from continuing to engage with the other users who are actively trying to offer suggestions in a calm and reasonable way. I want to feel like the users can actually make suggestions and have an impact on the game they're playing and frankly supporting... when there's no communication that's tough.

I can't really blame them for not responding. They obviously read this forum. There are a lot of bad suggestions, how could they respond without upsetting the OP?

By either saying it won't happen or flesh it out more.

This response is so weak in so many ways I can't even begin to elaborate.

Gee maybe people get mad because they care about a game that they pay you money to play.

And they also drive change and discussion

I've offered suggestions in other games and typically get a response of "Sounds like a/an {adjective} idea. We'll pass it along to the development team." From there, crickets. CDog used to go beyond that and give reasons why something didn't/wouldn't work, why something wouldn't be considered, etc. I liked the interaction, but I can see why he would pull back since most of the responses were negative. It could be that most admin responses were no, but suggestions without comments were often implemented. I'd personally rather see action than words.

I don't get mad...matter of fact, I'd give y'all a +1 most of the time if the forum let me.

they get put on blast a lot, but unfortunately it happens no matter what when you feed a community who feeds you money

eh to be honest CD you got alot of heat because the way you came across, much too blunt and condescending. have to be a "people person" for a moment when you are responding to people who play/pay/care for your game. or maybe only respond to good suggestions? idk

personally, i could care less if devs/admins respond or not so long as some of the major changes that are needed are implemented. most of the suggestions from the community are garbage anyway or completely biased (GE lol)

If you take an admin saying your idea is not gonna fit for the game personal then you obviously shouldn't be playing a football simulation game since its some what competitive
