What's the consensus on QB Leadership? Is there an observable difference in morale and energy drain between, say, 40 leadership and 90 leadership?

Good question. One that many GLB Legends have discussed and came to different conclusions.

I think high Leadership is worth it if you can afford it.

I normally stop at 70, never tried any more or less.

I like leadership in the 80s or 90s myself.

I think my only QB I ran with 60. Will double check. (It is 65)

But he didn't seem to have any issues with that.

In my opinion everyone should find the average conditioning of their offense. If it is above 50 subtract the difference, if it is under 50 add the difference.

Example A:

Average offensive conditioning - 60

QB must have a minimum of 40 leadership.

Example B:

Average offensive conditioning - 80

QB must have a minimum of 20 leadership.

Example C:

Average offensive conditioning of offense - 20(lol)

QB must have a minimum of 80 leadership.

I'm skeptical of your skepticism...

If this was true (I'm skeptical) - you can save your offense thousands of skill points by just getting leadership to 80 --- rather than getting every players conditioning up.
