What are you opinions on snap reaction for the wr... theoretically speaking it should help the receiver get open quicker right?

Pretty important. Helps them get off the line fast.

I typically take my WR types up to 30-50 snap reaction although, I am not sure there is a ton of impact on the higher end there... Just my two cents. Would not hurt to try and take one high depending on the offense and WR role. Best thing to do is to try what you want to try as long as it fits within the offense and see the results. I build all sorts of crazy conceptual players typically. I have had positive results with some builds that go against what most would call common sense when building for certain positions.
