Reason I am asking is because that would make a huge difference if you decided to PuP all the way to Legend. If he does, it wouldn't be that big of a deal since the player is Legend forever and would eventually gold all the plays. 
The Galactic Empire will eventually field an entire Legend team and this answer will matter how we do it.
