Not very in depth but it seems like a good idea.


So you want free players to be able to play in P/U games? Earn XP up until rookie, then after that not allow XP? Free players can earn XP by being on a CPU team.. but also, you can't advance a free player faster than games being played because you will be ahead to the rest of the rookie class, if however you are behind, you can always use catch up at the end of the year. so there are ways your free player can earn points, OR you can convert your pick up player for a bit of flex.. other than that, I don't have anything else...

I've been reading the forums. I guess I just made a few mistakes. Rethinking it it's a bad idea.
