Depends on the level you're talking about, and the plays people use... off tackles can be highly effective, especially 4wr ones I've found, and the SBB versions too... slams behind the Fb can work well too

Yeah they should work well then.. 4wr are hard to stop at that level, though later tiers the 4-3 man qb spy really does shut them down better. The best thing is to look at the plays opposition uses and try and see weaknesses in the d-line to exploit... outside rushing, I'd say pro set Hb sweep goes okay, but speed is still needed to make this even partially successful

Power backs don't really have good plays until mid seasoned when they gain the gold power through ability. Well superstars anyways. Before that it's mostly about speed or finding any defense where someone is being soft up the middle.
