Warrior General Games

I have a real quick question... I was trying to sign Tier 2 Rookies earlier today and I couldn't press the send off or even put my team in the Offer from team box. The send offer box was grey.
Can Rookie Tier 2+ play in Rookie leagues? Or is there a league for different tiered Rookies Explain pleasee!

Post a link of a guy you are trying to sign. Sounds like the guy you are trying to sign is above the current average level of rookie tier right now and thus can't be signed to rookie until the average player reaches that level.

Currently the average rookie is 1 game shy of tier 2 fwiw.

that player is 3 games too high for you to sign. you need to sign a guy that is one game shy of tier 2 right now.
