I'd maybe lower agility a few points, and confidence to 1, and add those into strength and stamina. You want those to be 90's, minimum

for a pure power back you will want conditions and power run to 100 or as close as possible.
Maybe try taking a point or maybe 2 out of agility and one out of awareness and add those to stamina and strength.
Depends how committed to power you want to be really though. And I'm sure if you wait a little bit others who know more will chime in.

strip Agility down to max Strength (to get 95+ Pow Run and 50+ tough) and maybe even add 1-2 to Sprint. Quickness at 50 is more than enough and foot at 25 should be too with the current meta. Use Cap boosters for Conditioning - 94-99 will be worth it.

I say perfect. Cap boost Pow Run 1x to 100 and SPrint 2x to 71.

Also.. don't get frustrated early with the build. You will not see your power back shine until the end of Seasoned / beginning of journeyman. Power builds are pretty lackluster the first few seasons, but it will pay off and be much more fun to watch in later tiers.
