I haven't reset my rookie team. I assume they will transition to a Sophomore team? If I create players now, will they be on my roster next season? I don't want to appropriate FP to players and not have them on my team.

They would have to play at least one game this season for the catch up option to be available in the offseason. Build away and sign them to CPU squads.

I don't remember when they remove the experienced button. If he is going to do it he probably needs to get it done sooner rather than later either way lol.

Yup. If you want them to be Soph level players they have to be experienced or have played at least one game to catch up and begin next season as sophomore though.

But even if you create them and it don't work out then if they don't play any games you can retire for 100% refund anyways.

If you create them right now make sure the experienced player is checked and they will be as old as your current rookies and will be soph next season and eligible for your team
