Will players see a decline in skill as careers progress? If so, how can that be measured and monitored?

They dont, they simply get better as you get more points, but you only have so long until their career is over (7 seasons, or 9 with career boosts)

They get points like agent controlled players, but their points are randomly distributed and therefore not built as well.
