Has anybody been able to point out an example of the knowledge skill effecting games and/or stats? MadCow420 mentioned something about knowledge in another thread that got me thinking. I have 3 of the top 7 defensive players in seasoned currently. Johnny Lawrence LB (2nd) is leading all Seasoned players in sacks with 34.5 and Shredder TMNT (6th) is leading all DE with 15.5 and Tiamat D&D (7th) is leading all DT with 12.

Where the knowledge skills comes in is that I run 100% zone defense, which is rare. Not many other teams run the same blitzes/plays as I do. Could my great defense and pass rushing be partly due to the other offenses' lack of knowledge of the plays I run?

and Im still right me thinks.

The more more plays the Offenses learn, the better they will be against them. I think this is true about the blitzes. imo

I would venture to guess that the sack totals may look flashier due to you running more blitz calls and/or opposing teams aiming to pass more than usual against your zone defense. But why view it like that when the glass could be half full? Keep up the good work buttercup!

That is my point. My players are doing so well because the other offenses do not have "knowledge" of my blitzes.

I run a zone too in pro and was hoping that being contrarian would be a bit helpful in the knowledge skill. Yet there doesn't seem to be any way to verify the effect. It might help a bit I guess.
