I put myself on a list for a team, I would like help on being successful right out of the gates. If someone or multiple people could help me with builds, plays, and tactics to win games, I would appreciate it greatly.

I think the very first thing you should do is get this.

It's not realistic to be successful right out of the gates. Being successful in this game takes a lot of trial & error. Hell, sometimes it's just dumb luck. As OSIRIS said, you should take a hard look at GLB2Scout as its an extremely useful scouting tool. I'd say 90% of successful coaches in this game use it (I have no statistics to back that up, just a guess).

There are tons of threads to read in the Forum. You could literally spend all weekend reading.

What, specifically, are you looking for help with?

Saying "I would like help on being successful right out of the gates" is a bit generic. But as I said, there are lots and lots of threads for new players and new team owners/co-ordinators.

Player Building: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/forum/thread/5245024

Defensive Tactis: http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/forum/thread/5225371

Just a start.

The FAQ section has tons of help with builds and play calling.. it discusses things at length.. Conditioning, awareness and technique are a skills to concentrate on. Make sure you get high caps. You literally will have to tinker with the builds.. GLBscout.com has a virtual builder that will actually allow you to import your player into this game.. a great tool! But it cost extra, but nothing too crazy.

I didn't so I started generically.

You want good builds. Ok, for what? Every position? What type of Offense? Balanced isn't an answer here because a Screen Monster WR out of 2WR is a different build than a WR3 Slot guy.

So the more specific your question, the more we can help.

Sign a few experienced coaches for your team(ask in the forums). They can do all of the above, and help you along the way.

Get out and get your feet wet. Do a few test seasons, get involved in the forums, message guys, build a relationship with guys who been here for a while. Exchange ideas. Ask questions. Nothing will be given to you all in one scoop. Im no expert but that's how I got started and im still learning. Relationships and communication is key.
