Currently, Gold Road Warrior is a max of +8 Conditioning and with +16 to Heart and Toughness.
Gold HTH is a max of +10 Conditioning and +20 to Heart and Toughness.
The reality is that more games are played at Home for most teams than on the Road. The #1 team in a Tier plays all Ladder games at Home (in-tier) with the other top teams playing almost all Ladder games at Home.
RW is more of a situational purchase. It's needed in less games, but when it's needed it's more important because you're trying to move up in the rankings.
I've thought they should be at least equal for several seasons now. And I can see a case where Road Warrior should actually be the stronger effect than HTH because it's needed in less games overall but when it's needed, it's more important.
Good Human teams beat up on CPU teams and inactive teams. Those always exist. There's a natural bias to Human teams to having more Home games than Road games.
I'd look into equalizing the two. If you want people to pay FLEX for their final SA boosts why is one a nerf of the other?
