This was kinda in GLB1 if we could get this choice even if only for 3rd downs to throw to the open guys it may rethink the send the house mentality. Or do a force throw on 3rd down in the logic.

Agree. Right now, I'm pretty sure the QB will only throw past the 1st down marker on 3rd down.

Also there are ways to make people pay for that mentality. It is just that everyone wants to use the standard set of plays all the time.

nah i have a maxed out playbook, i gave up using the cheese mentality long ago, try to play it more like real football just so i can enjoy watching my games.
With that being said if someone is open just short of the first I would rather my qb dump it to him and go for the first instead of just standing there ready to take the hit.
