I think there should be a small bonus, like %5 to all mental skills for home players.

Nah, it would just be something similar to the SA like a boost to morale and heart.

You get all of the concessions sales and you are able to use Promo's on players 
I do miss that aspect of GLB1 though

Would be sweet to use promos here. I always like boosting a hb or wr for a game.
