Everyone and their mom is running Zero Edge Blitz, like, 50% of the time or more. What plays counter this?

QB Rollout Rush out of Strong I-Formation kills it. Also, HB Dive out of Strong I-Formation can pick up 3 to 6 yards most plays. That is if you have decent run blockers.

I like to go heavy big I TE crosses personally. Double tight formations make the blitzing LBs take wider paths, and then you've got a middle linebacker trying to cover a pass specialist tight end? I like my odds there.

Further note, I generally call ZEB in double tight formations when I'm trying to stop the run. So if it's a team that's spamming the play, I'd try to spam TE crosses right back at em.

ZEB happens a bit more at the earlier levels. What formations are they doing this against you? 2TE, 2WR, 3WR?

Formations and situations matter.

If people are ZEBing you in 3WR, they are insane as TRIPS QB Rollout Strong will kill it.

Against 2TE and 2WR, it's a better play but still has flaws. Passing plays actually work very well if you have a QB with high Pass Consisitency.

Plenty of outside rushing plays work.
