How do I unlock the Superstar trait??

On your home page you will see a superstar point breakdown for 150, 100 and 50 flex players. You must complete a cumulative amount of seasons by players within those tiers to unlock them. Additionally, for players to count towards a superstar point they just be created and playing on a team before day 24 or something like that of any given season.
At the end of each season, your players will have completed a tier. Seeing as you have got a lot of players, at the end of this season you will get 4 points into the 150 tier, 7 points into the 100 tier, and 7 for the 50 tier.
