So, i love the idea of a captain, of course realistically captains should have good mental skills, also, we have a lot of builds with 1 in confidence, since is kind of useless in a lot of positions.
My idea is: Owner/GM/HC can delegate 3 players as Team Captains (O/D/S teams). Requirement: high chemistry.
They also need to choose a specific skill that the Captain will represent. (u will understand bellow) - optional, for nerf purpuses.
-For exemple: A heart based captain would reduce the morale loss of teammates, based on the skill level (QB would boost the offense, etc...), a intimidation LB would increase defense intimidation, and so on...
-individually, they could gain a huge morale boost and consistancy skills bonus + salary increase.
Of course the bonuses for teammates should be low, but it could have a nice impact on the game, and should only be relevant with high mental skills, at least 50 to give a somewhat significant bonus.
