I just watched his last game.... It's pre-snap LB movement, not DL movement.
It's 3-4 Cover 3 Tiger. Working as intended. Looks like he made a brilliant call defending your weak side runs.

So pitch the ball to the opposite side, throw quick hitch routes that exploit that void in the zone. It's not BS, and they aren't crossing the line before the snap. Try more Snap Reaction/Quickness on your OT's.

they aren't crossing the LOS before the ball is snapped. also they have been doing that for about 4 seasons now.
they stop right at the LOS and when the ball moves they can move.
