What MadCow said, a human controlled team can sign you while you are on a CPU team.

But if you're on a CPU team and post an ad on the marketplace it doesn't show up

You can have someone sign and release your player, actually I think i might be able to sign nd release you, i'll wait until your game is over, so you don't miss a game, let me know.
