With Yahoo Games closing, there are those of us that need our accounts transferred over. I know I'm not starting over after all the time and flex I've put into the game, so some sort of word from Bort or C-Dog or DD would be appreciated, thanks.

I know I'm not the only one here.

Every GLB account has a unique username and ID, so I'm guessing there won't be an issue.

I guess the number of agents that saw GLB2 on yahoo and joined was fairly significant. Hopefully we can keep new blood coming in.. somewhat concerning..

Don't disagree with you on the need for an announcement. But still all accounts are held within GLB's servers, so Yahoo Games closing should have no effect. When I log-in, I simply input my username/password. So I would assume you'll also just have to input Jagat0r/password at http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/ and everything should be fine.

yahoo users dont have a password and cant access the game through warrior general at this time, so although Im certain there should be a solution, I think we would all like to hear it from the horses mouth to ease our irrational fears.

I'm not in this boat, but I would hate for several teams to suddenly go dark as yahoo users get blocked out. Some sort of "we're working on it" announcement would at least be helpful.

The worst case scenario will be that all users that have been logging in from Yahoo will probably be that they have to set a password or Admins will have to create a transfer protocol that allows you to 'activate' a GLB account.

Either that or they have you create a new login and transfer everything over, flex, player, books, etc....

This is good news for GLB2Scout though because Yahoo users couldn't link their accounts.

But...... speculation is just that, where is the official announcement as all I can find are articles from side pot sites. Until it's official I don't see GLB doing anything.
