Are players a level under your teams level better than the CPU players.
Forum > Goal Line Blitz 2 > What's better CPU players or players a level lower than your team
From Seasoned+ it is more beneficial to have a human 1 tier down player than a CPU player IMO.

Good question.. I know I have heard to sign a kicker one below to save cap.. I had a center one below at one point in time. it wasn't terrible. He got flattened a few times but for most part.. held his own.
