If a power back has 90 power running and gold power through (+15 power running), for roll purposes, is he calculated as having 105 power running or is it capped at 100?

I would say yes after watching 100 speed blitzing LB's run faster when tunnel vision fires.

its capped at 100. I tried with my S* HB. I was sitting at 98 and capped thinking it would let me go to 103...but it stopped at 100.

it is my opinion that yes - 100 can be exceeded by SA's.

not something I can prove though. Just my opinion / perception

He is talking about the SA bonus combined with the attribute, does that to over 100? Not just the base attribute.

You can verify that speed goes over 100 via the JSON data, I would assume everything else can as well.

Had they reached their maximum speed before TV fired? In a sport of stopping and starting and direction changes how often do football players actually reach maximum speed? What other attributes besides sprinting enter into running speed in this game?

I believe they can. I did some research a few season's back watching 100 sprinting WR's with Catch in Stride.

Pick a player and look at the first number after it says what he is doing(i.e. Stop, Move, etc). You'll see that number increase as the player picks up speed and decrease when he slows down. That made me assume that it was the players speed. You can also see the Z axis of the ball and the defenders vertical when he tries to jump after it. A lot of hidden gems in there.

Great insight here. Thanks for the replies. I'll go ahead and assume that yes, they can go over 100 until proven wrong
