I am a the current owner of a sophomore team with a couple of my own players. I am wondering:

1) Can I reset my sophomore team back to rookie?

2a) Can I reset my players back to rookie?
2b) Will the player reset be a complete reset, or will it keep the current special abilities?

You can only reset your Team. The option will appear soon towards the end of the season. You'll have to create new players however.

reset your team --- you will have an all CPU roster (or blank).

You will be unable to sign - or reset - your existing sophomore players.

They can be retired though for a modest flex refund if they are not under contract with a human team.
