My team in Seasoned, is ranked 3rd in the tier in the ladder rankings, But in the Dynasty rankings, My team is #1 in the tier?

The same as normal ELO, except it doesn't reset.

Well, mostly the same, it has a floor so that there doesn't have to be a seasonal adjust.

no, Ive been trying to figure it out all season. Both teams (fury and GoZ) finished every season so far ahead of my team in the ladder ranks. GoZ has finished #1 in the ladder pretty much every season.
