Rum League Week 7
Science Fair @ Windsor Warriors
LMAO The classic alpha vs beta matchup of the week. Both teams are at the top of the conference taking names and orders and handing out ass whoopings on a weekly basis. Science Fair is rolling 6-0 with a huge ass kicking last week against the lions 44-0
. The windsor warriors had a tough game winning only by three to the Cleveland Dawgs/Browns however you fucking see it. I just don't see Windsor winning (plus I need them to lose so that Nintendo has a better chance of showing we belong in the playoff race after being late to the party.) QB Mad bomber needs to have an mvp type game as he has shown he is capable of but I just feel like Science Fair has the defense to keep the offense and those 2 Te's on the field for more scoring oppurtunities.
Prediction: Science Fair. Take them to school!
49ers @ Vermont Coyotes
We have here two teams, One trying trying to catch that #1 spot and one who has been playing well to keep their #1 spot. Vermont is coming off a 17-14 win last week against the Denver Wolves. 49ers came off with a 10-7 victory to the Junkyard Rots. Ryo's Qb is in the mvp race and I expect him to have a big game as the 49ers need to stop him in order to keep the game close.
Prediction: Coyotes will Prey!
Milwaukee Express @ Da Beers
Let's be honest. Full human team vs Inactive. We all know what happens today. Complete fucking anal disorder. Pliny is at a dissapointing #9 in the mvp race and he's upset so many balls will be caught

Cleveland Dawgs @ Nintendo Power
This is the game Nintendo has been waiting on to prove themselves worthy of the great competition Rum League has. Nintendo has rolled through teams since being active with exception to Da Beers which was a 6-6 tie. The Dawgs are also in that two spot as both teams have shit to prove this evening.
Question is who wants it more? This will be a better defense versus better offense. Who has the tougher team when it comes down in the trenches.
Prediction: Nintendo is hungry and wanting to make the upset to prove they belong.
Pittsburgh Hares @ Junkyard Rots
Barnettmeche is fucking ready to finally win its first game in conference ball. The hares look to keep Junkyard as the laughing stock of the league with the Lions. Hares have been on a losing streak as well and both teams are trying to get their shit together. Let's go guys the season isn't over yet. Keep learning the game and seek improvements!

Man, man, man. how embarrassing was that 44-0 Debauchery and on top of that literally got clowned on a few weeks ago in the forum
However I know for dam sure Detroit re-figured their identity and I expect a big win today. Denver is 0-6 and hasn't proved to be competitive enough to compete with anybody.
Predicition: You ever seen a lion eat a fucking wolf? Well you will today!

It's been slowed in ladder games, but not stopped. His defense has been interesting too. Three non CPU players and he's the #1 overall defense in Rum League.

Week 8 Rum League Prediction
Junkyard Rottweilers at Da Beers
If the Rottweilers win this one it would be an upset of epic proportions. Beers HB Heady Topper is the #1 HB in the league. He has been trampling over the competition the past few weeks, averaging 100 yards per game. (something no other HB in the league has accomplished)
Beers linebackers The Crushers and Permanent Funeral lead Da Beers #1 defense. They each have more sacks than the entire Rottweiler defense.
Windsor Warriors at Denver Wolves
After losing last week to Science Fair, the Warriors will return to their winning ways. The Wolves can't contain the Mad Bomber and El Gazpacho
Nintendo Power at Detroit Lions
Last week the Power made a statement by beating the Dawgs. If the Power was to lose this week it would nullify the statement they made last week.
VT Coyotes at Milwaukee Express
The Express seem to have mailed it in. I am not sure that they could beat ryokeley even if they were active.

Sucks for players on Denver to have an inactive owner. I think that's the one thing about GLB that irritated me. At one point we were winning games 133-0 due to inactive players/owners.

its just alot of things they could do to market the game better. it a lot of obvious things they can do to make the game more realistic in general and i know its a process but im glad more people are coming out the woodworks to make the obvious issues come to light
for example. a facebook page game link wouldnt hurt. my guy blake just made a simple glb2 page but its not an ad. if im scrolling through facebook and i see an ad about glb2 i just may click on it knowing its a simulation version of techmo bowl. how else will people know about glb2 if we only do the marketing ourselves with the promise of getting more flex points. if its not official it wont get any attention. once it gets on facebook itt'l be more new users
