1. Can it be combined with Spin Cycle and not be a waste of points? (I have really good experience with Tunnel Vision but I've never used S.C.)

2. Should it only be used with a certain pass-rush tactic? It seems like it'd be about equally as effective whatever system you run, with the bonuses.

1. No, SC doesn't fire when TV is active.

2. I think all pass rushers should be on power setting, but that's just me.

I think Tunnel Vision is best with the 3-4 & power rush because your LB's blitz too or clean up the run... so you're not really worried about your DE's having to seal the edge so much... The big downside with Tunnel Vision is the huge hit to blitz awareness. on in the 4-3 where the ends have to seal the edge it can be detrimental to outside and inside runs alike.
