i want to start a team for new players next season i would like almost everything on the players and oc or dc to be people who have not done this game much or could use build help or ect. then i want to fill the gm and assist gm and maybe head coach with experenced people who know the basics. then teach people how to play the game. so hopefully we can get more people involved if this goes well i may try a second. but i kinda want to do this
