They're going to change the defensive tactics matrix to have the second line read, "Blitz Pct" and "Waste flex and time on a broken defensive scheme...lolGE...Pct".

More offensive plays in Diamond, Singleback Big, and Singleback Spread please! Rushing and passing!

Some Lurk/Robber plays out of 4-3 formation would be pretty interesting.

Fix ghosting DEs that run through blockers.

Buff base Run Blocking values a little. The Passing shift has become very pronounced.

More Man Defensive plays with Medium and Long tags. Man has way too much Short.

Fix ghosting DEs because... Well it's stupid.

Improve WR ability to catch passes when wide open, but also increase PDs and INTs when in double and tripled coverage.

Buff the "balanced" play calling effect to continue the move of the game away from Pure O.

Quarter Man Base has the potential to be a very good 3WR passing defense, but it is broken.

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/200205/1684333 - CB4 Drops into a zone against Trips formation. Basically takes himself out of the play.

http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/replay/200205/1683832 - Against Singleback we have guys in zones too. I thought the play was called man base?

If this play had the following assignments, it would be pretty good:

CB1 -> WR1
CB2 -> WR2
CB3 -> WR3
FS -> WR3
CB4 -> TE
SS -> TE
CB5 -> HB

Then we have Dime 3-2-6 Man Base

Nickel 3-3-5 Man Base is a very popular play against 3WR passing, but plays like 3-2-6 and Quarter Man Base should theoretically be even better if you know a team is going to throw the ball and if they were designed correctly.

Fixing some of the existing plays would be a great solution towards slowing down the teams that all use the same 3WR passing plays.

um, how about removing that dumb 50 chemistry for new players to the team in offseason.... KILLS us long-time Vet teams who have to recruit every offseason

I understand they want to have the roleplaying feel to it. But it's way too harsh in the current format.

A few options to help alleviate chemistry issues could be:

1) Starting chemistry when signed in off-season should be upped from 50 to 75 (or 100)
2) Chemistry gains should be a multiple of what they currently are.
3) Any of the above, plus the first 3 league games should not be from your division. Chemistry can seriously screw up your playoff chances by putting you in a divisional hole.

I really like this idea. Have the ability to "earn" an extra S* for each tier. But you have to complete some tough challenges to get them.
