And I don't mean when SA's fire.
I mean how would glb2 be different if say you could make a S* WR who with the combination of speedster, superstar, egotist, and 10 speed could actually take sprinting to 128 or whatever the cap would be on that?

How do you think builds and team philosophies would be different if there was no hard cap. What are somethings that you think people in that glb2 might do that they don't here? Would D-linemen be overpowered? Which positions do you think would suffer from this? Would certain build types no longer be viable? What different things do you think agents would complain about? Which position would benefit the most from such a change. What build types do you think would then exist that don't exist now?

And most importantly, how important would heart and toughness become from such a shift?

Cbs would be terrible then. They would have to be so fast that their coverage skills would lack. To me that's already a problem. You can't make a corner that is fast enough and still have higher coverage skills

This. Building Pure Cover CBs is already a challenge with the preponderance of S* WR from the Tier 2 track.

hmmm, I don't really see that as that big a problem tbh. The biggest place where people generally get beat is underneath and then the speedsters make a move on them. This becomes less a thing the higher sprinting you would go beyond 100 (and getting under 40 quickness). Plus you start losing Balance and CIT skill. I am sure someone could run the numbers on the % increase in skill points and what it would be going beyond 100 roughly. But I don't think 110 or anything would be a very reliable build on a game to game basis.

Now blitzing LB on the other hand might get out of hand. That could be a possible 110 without really hurting the build at all.

that too. you are talking about a power back only taking balance-70, grip-75, sprint-80 and what power running to 140 if possible. hell they wouldnt need intimidation. you just couldnt tackle that. building a lb or safety that has that amount of power would be useless.

are you talking 140 power with the SA's? How is that gonna be possible otherwise without just having a completely naked build? Even if skill point cost didn't increase after 100, you would still be talking over 80,000 SP's to take Power Running to 140.

And he'd still drop like a rock as soon as a gang tackler arrives.

100+ sprinting on HBs would concern me more than dudes with higer elusive\power running.

lol...you know how many SPs it would take to get to 140? He might not have any left.
