I put in a tech support request 3 days ago. Does anyone know how long it usually takes to get a response on those?

anywhere from a few hours to a couple weeks in my experience

Any time I have put in a request I have heard from the same person every time. So it would seem they don't have many people answering support requests. That person last logged in yesterday.

Depends on the question, but usually a quicker response. I'll check it out.
