This is a turd that will not flush. When there's only 20 people playing the game - I'm pretty sure we've already got maximum chemistry together.

It's been badgered for multiple seasons now. Would be interesting to at least hear Corndog/Bort's reasoning for why they won't axe it on offseason moves.

this... or up it even more than 50, SOMETHING
longtime Vet teams are getting hurt every season with 10-15 guys at 50 chem starting out. Shouldn't if anything, we get bonuses for playing the game at Vet so long instead of penalized?

I am wondering if they are trying to encourage resets. At vet level there should be zero penalty for off season moves. We have by far our best roster ever right now, yet we have never been worse.
It sucks not just for vet teams but for vet players who have to find a new team. They get 1/4 to 1/2 of their vet careers thrown away over something they could not avoid.

This seems to be a universally requested change that doesnt stand to cost the company anything to enact, if anything this would sell career boosts with the fact the players wont suck after changing teams. There are several ways that have been suggested to fix it, or just do away with it, and I have seen no one come out on the side of keeping chemistry the way it is. Common sense says either this change needs to happen or admins need to at the very least address the community as to why the change shouldnt or cant happen. My solution would be to increase the amount of chem gained per game by tier, 3 or 4 on a med contract a rookie is good, but at vet that sucks. Why not an increase for every tier so 3-4 at rookie 5-6 at soph 7-8 at seasoned 9-10 at JMan 11-12 at Pro and 13-14 at Vet. I think everyone would be happy if chem could catch up at vet after 4 or 5 games into the season.

If they keep it at all it should be like jag suggested at the end of his WOT.
