Think we are 11 games in -- so starting to get some idea of where everyone is -- but still tons of volatility ahead.

05:00: #5 Titans vs #10 York Revolution
The 8-2-1 Titans face the 8-3 Revolution. York is fresh off of a league win over Dessert Lighting and has played some very good ball the second half of this young season. Trinity has played some VERY impressive defense to this point - giving up 14 points on time..and 10 points on time...and holding every other opponent in singe digits. Trinity has impressive wins over Band of Brothers and Jebs. How will Trinity's defense do against York's almost true 50/50 run/pass offense? That is what will decide this one.

I'll say York wins by 7.

07:00: #1 Tropic Thunder vs #6 Walt Disney
Both of these teams seem to run pretty similar offenses. Tropic is 10-1. Disney is 8-2-1. Up until 3 games ago, Disney was playing lights out defense. Same could be said of Tropic Thunder who've given up 14, 21, 21 in their last 3. This should be a good one.

I say Tropic Thunder by 6

09:00: #8 Fury vs #20 Ghana Orange Ducks
Fury is 8-3 and had won 6 in a row before running into the Corpus Christi buzz saw. Phisch's ducks have lost 2 of 3 and sit with a 7-4 record.

I have to take Fury in this one by 10.

15:00: #7 Corpus Christi vs #13 Band of Brothers
Two 8-3 teams square off here. Big ladder gap between two teams with the same record but I guess Band of Brothers loss to a lower ranked Dessert Lighting really hurt them in the ELO department. BoB has lost 2 of the last 3. Corpus has won 6 of 7.

I gotta take BoB with the upset here - winning by 7

16:00: #9 The Purge vs #19 Vancouver Riot
8-3 Purge vs 7-4 Riot. Two rushing teams squaring off -- don't accidentally tune in for this one -- it will probably be boring.

I will take an upset here as well and have Riot winning by 3 (probably a botched punt late in the 4th that gets them a free FG attempt.

17:00: #2 Santiago Sharks vs #12 The Simpsons
Santiago Sharks sit at 10-1 -- Simpsons at 8-3. I see Tdiddy is head coach of the Sharks. Who's multi is Istatic? Anyone know - feel free to voice your guesses in the box down below.

I'll take sharks by 14 here.

20:00: #4 Game of Zones vs #22 LA Bolts
Zones at 9-2; Bolts at 6-3-2. Two balanced offenses -- one seems to be better than the other in spite of the zone defense...

Zones win by 12

21:00: #3 Atlanta Eagles vs #11 Tianenman Squares
Marvin sitting at 9-2. Tianenman at 7-2-2. What is with all of these ties?? just strange (let's move to a no tie / NFL playoff style game). Marvins only losses come from Zones and BoB. Tianenman hasn't played either of those teams.

My money is on Marvin here - winning in a 21 point blow out.

(going to try to come back for write ups later - but you feel free to fill in some write ups of your own)

Good Game Disney! Caught me off guard with that all outside running offense - and your D came up with some big turnovers. Was an exciting game to watch for sure!

They do that... a lot. Depends on the QB that plays lol

well - looks like before this game - they had done it once in 11 games (band of brothers).

not sure that is "a lot"...but ok.

Doesn't even entirely depend on the QB that plays. But if we only plan on running may as well use the rushing QB.

Still haven't entirely figured out our rushing FB yet...he may just be useless.

Depends on how GLB does it. Some ELO systems give each team Half a Win and Half a Loss. So ELO should shift slightly unless the two teams are also ranked really close to each other.

I'm not Istatic if that's what you're thinking... he came to me to create a few players and be somewhat of an "adviser" on the team tactically and build-wise

I however will have a new rookie team next year as my 2nd team to Madison
