This should be a very exciting day for the tier. There are a bunch of good games happening.

#1 Flying Spaghetti Monsters vs #7 Djibouti Assassins

Both teams are 3-0 and got there pretty easily. This will be a very intriguing matchup. FSM has an elite defense and DA has an elite offense. Anything can happen!

#1 Milwaukee Beers vs #7 Wesley Chapel Warriors

Two of the best rushing offenses clash in this one. Which team is better at stopping a team like themselves???

#1 Madison Bulldogs vs Veteran #1

The new look Bulldogs have started strong and face their first challenge. Can Bhall get his offense together for this one?

#5 Providence Radicals vs #5 Richmond Raiders

Richmond has the potential to be #1 overall or maybe #10. Last season they took down many powerhouses but also lost their fair share of games. Providence brings some big time HB's to the table. Richmond's tackling skills will be tested. It should be a good one.

#7 Ground Assault vs #12 Doinitin Djibouti

GA made a statement last season with a comfortable win over DD. Now they are a little better. Can they make it happen again? Will Parab00n abandon the screens? Big game for DD after a tough loss against Houston. Another great matchup.

#7 Houston Gamblers vs #19 Default Name

Houston if off to a nice start, which included a big win over DD. Is this the season they make a name for themselves? Default Name and their superb passing offense stand in their way.

IMO FSM/DA will be the game to watch... but Bulldogs/Vet was a barnburner last season, and should be another good one

I think every season is a new look for us, haha... we've had 15ish new players every season for the last 3 or 4 in Vet. The kinks ironed out in the playbooks/tactics should keep us competitive against just about anyone, even with all the nooBs.

11 undefeated veteran teams left after three games, there'll be at least 4 fewer after game 4. Lots of good matchups this week for sure.

It only took one bad ladder week and we already have good match-ups. When I saw we drew Djibouti, I kind of rolled my eyes and went "of course we did". Definite underdog against Djibouti, but will try and make their offense look as ugly as possible.

Picks:
FSM (how can I not?)
Madison
Beers
Providence (no clue who will win, should be a good one)
GA
Default

I'm thinking the undefeated number drops from 11 to 6.

Don't know what to expect from this one. QB run the whole game?

FSM takes down DA with the best pass rush I have ever seen at vet.

Unguided Missle is probably the most fun defensive player to watch in GLB2 history so far. He really got nasty starting last season. I think Absolut figured out how to use him finally, or he got around to finally jacking up his snap reaction or something in Pro to perfect the build. I know Stobie hates him

He's not even a S* either, but he'll probably be the reason Over Will Mike Blitz 1 gets removed from the game this offseason.

What? Noooooo.

Just checked the scout tool, and in terms of completion % and yards per catch or yards per carry (23.7 rushing ypc allowed inside...ouch) it wasn't even our best defensive play. But then again the 3 fumbles I forced were pretty killer. 1 of those came from a DE though.

Missile can and has gotten shut down before. There are some plays that are really annoying for him. Also really athletic o-lineman help a lot.

Stobie was the whole reason my teams gotten so good against the pass. Made some other roster additions around JMan I think that helped let Unguided Missile shine. Builds matured for everyone and that really let all the pieces work well together.

P.S. I was a little upset he was only 3rd in Defensive HoF last season. I can buy the DE ahead of him because getting that much production from that position is really good. But the other LB? Not getting it.

Come now Absolut, you know Unguided Missle makes you immune to 3WR+ formation passing. The RG isn't going to save any QB from that ROLB, I don't care how athletic they are.

Haha I doubt the play gets removed. It's actually about time someone found a way to completely stifle the 3WR long passes. I knew he had a good pass rush, but didn't realize it was that good. I thought my 90-100 speed WR's would still get downfield fast enough to at least neutralize things, but it wasn't the case at all.

Screw these sacks. Let's pitch the ball away from him.

Nope!

Yeah, I noticed those strong side pitches getting run down too. It's even funny to watch him on dive plays up the middle. He nearly gets back into the play to make the tackled downfield he's so quick.

Over Will Mike Blitz Spam < TE Post Spam (Unless 3rd and Long, then throw a screen pass and hope for the best)

The very first play on offense for DA was a tick 31 sack/fumble trying to run TE Post.
