A few. #1, Recycle at end of season. You can search past forums on this but, if you'll trust me (and others that post here) that what you're doing is what most new people do when building dots for the first time... trying to build logical. It doesn't feel right but what you're doing will give you a dot that, at lower levels, will outshine almost ALL other dots around you. But, once you hit the high levels, your dot won't be able to compete.
Since you're building a SPEED WR arch, the first and ONLY thing you should spend ANY SP on is speed. Speed, speed, speed, speed, and then more speed. Only spend SP's when you can reach your next cap on Speed (or any skill for that matter). NEVER spread out your SP spending, especially early on. (Also should have ALL your Equipment in speed as well.) For your first season, the ONLY thing you should spend SP's on is speed. No catching... no agility... no jumping... no vision... nothing but speed. You'll do this well into his second season of his life, generally speaking. It's best to have a plan before you start... how high you plan on taking the primary skill before letting ALG's take over... what is your secondary skill and how high to take it before attacking your third skill... then your fourth, ect, ect.
Below are some links you should take time to get to know before building your next dot;
#1, Softcaps; http://wiki.goallineblitz.com/index.php/Ability_Softcaps
#2, Accelerated Player Development (or, the great Catch22 guide).

#3. Theo's portable links to building helps and tips.

Also this as well; Training hotspots, graphs, and numbers for planing your build from beginning to end. Also contains several good links for dot building thoughts.

I hope these help you on your next dot build journey. Also, it's good to find you a quality team with some good dot builders that will mentor you along the way. You might contact JDBolick about that. I trust him as a dot builder and source of quality info. Welcome to GLB and good luck and have a lot of fun!!

Whoa.! I never expect this guide to be this detailed ...Thanks a bunch but i have a few more questions about my EQ now. I quite put it in CATCHING. Should I buy another EQ to speed and spend BT? or let it be then I will upgrade it next time to speed?..Thank you for everything. It really helps.

if you retire this player at end of season and start again S48, put everything to SPD. This one doesn't matter because in 4-5 seasons from now will be inferior to any other WR build the "right" way.
Every dot gets a free set of basic EQ, 4 pieces
Every off-season this EQ becomes reset-able
So if you wanted to in your players first season or 2 you could put the EQ in like Agility or Catching because those would be low while you are focusing all your SP into Speed. Then in later seasons you can switch it all to speed. Just an option.
Also, you should try to save your BT'a. Except for really early in build when you are enhancing your trainings and unlocking attributes for multi-training you really don't want to spend BT on anything. Be saving them for later on when you look to get Advanced EQ

Basic equipment (the equipment you start with and just enhance the attribute) yes. I think it's every pre season (day -8 to -1 or 0)
Advanced equipment can't be altered, only enhanced.

by altering it i can delete it and make another one.? or directly change it to speed??
Directly change it. You can reset all the points in it and make them speed in the pre season. Can do that every preseason if you'd like.
