I've bought a team, and filled it with human players...Now I run scrims with this team...CPU game plans and created game plans
This team continues to lose and in most cases has not even scored..What is the cause of this..I am losing interest quick. I came here excited to play, but I swear either this team is cursed or I have so invisible penalty

Try to fill the rest of your team (replace CPUs) and or get an experienced coach or GM. You can add me for a while if you want and i show you some plays/tactics that work.

Sadly about 50% of the plays wont give you any success

I see your problem, you have a rookie team.

Mar 26 11:00 @Albuquerque Lightning L 0-37 (Sophomore)
Mar 26 10:00 @Albuquerque Lightning L 3-20 (Sophomore)
Mar 26 6:00 @Las Vegas Wolverines L 0-38 (Seasoned)
Mar 26 4:00 @Akron Dawgs L 0-17 (Rookie)

3/4 teams you played were a higher level, it's like 1st graders playing against 12th graders.

Here's a step-by-step if you want to try coaching out for yourself.

Step 1: Figure out what kind of offense you want to run and stick to it. If you have a bunch of Run Blockers on your O-Line, I wouldn't suggest building a pass heavy offense. It's very important than your personnel fits the type of team you are building.

Step 2: Once you've decided what kind of Offense you're running, go to your Ladder Rankings and find the top teams in your Tier (Right now it's a bit tough as there has only been one game played.) Find the teams that are running a similar play breakdown as you're looking to run. If you're running an all pass team, find a team that only passes - obviously a team that runs the ball 100% of the time isn't going to help you.

Step 3: Watch their games, see which plays they're running and when they're running them. Find the ones that they're having consistent success with and plug them into your own playbook.

Step 4: Create Tactics to fit said playbook. For a new user, this is probably the most difficult thing to learn. My suggestion is to talk to an experienced coach here and see if they can work with you a little bit on the basic understanding of how the tactics work. I'm not an amazing offensive coach by any stretch, but I do understand the tactics are am willing to help if you send me a PM. I'm sure there are plenty of others on here that are willing to help as well.

If you want to scrim a team in your own age group. Go to a team's page you want to scrim and get the Team #. It'll be the number after team/ in the url. Remember that number then go to your page. Click Find Opponent. In the url at the top type / then then team# of the team you want to scrim then click enter/go/whatever. You should get a screen that will set up the scrim between your team and the target team.

This link should work for you http://glb2.warriorgeneral.com/game/team_quick_scrimmage/1427/1295

Don't give up hope, the early parts of rookie ball are always the worst. As your team progresses and you get to assign more skill points it'll get better.

Also, yeah, make sure you scrimmage other rookie teams or you'll get crushed pretty much every time no matter what gameplan you put in.
