#6 Trinity over #28 Houston Roofers
Rumor has it that the Roofers are back and looking better. Too bad for them that they are matched up against and angry team from Trinity. Welcome back Roofers, good luck this season.

#8 Royal Company over Columbus Blaze
Welcome to the league Royal Company. The Company will begin to make their splash in the league this season by winning their debut game against the CPU controlled Blaze.

#26 Portland over #29 Dallas
Portland has their work cut out for them this season. Hopefully the coaching staff and some new blood can help the Mainiacs fight the Blizzard for their division.

#19 Boston over #7 Victorian Vicious Fish
This is going to be a great game. We are picking the defending Champs. They made believers out of us.

#25 Jamestown over #23 Washington
Last season Jamestown found ways to win the games we didn't think they would win. Can Wildcat Yento reestablish his dominance?

#29 Rochester over #12 Chi Town
This is a sad day. Chi Town went inactive. We pause for a moment of silence...

Weekly Wrap

Trinity blew the roof off the Roofers 62 - 3
QB Stuart Garland picked up where he left off last season throwing for 691 yards and 6 touchdowns. WR Kendal Gordon had 112 yards recieving. TE Justin Townsend had 246 yards receiving and 3 touchdowns. WR Aron Overton had 123 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns. WR Rashawn Reese had 76 yards receiving and a touchdown. HB Nigel Quake had 33 yards rushing and 2 touchdowns.

Royal Company announced their arrival in the league with a 77 - 3 shellacking of Columbus.
QB Mariota Royal ran for 254 yards and 4 touchdowns. Is Mariota this year's Wildcat Yento? Not to be outdone, HB George Douglas ran for 323 yards and 6 touchdowns and a 62 yard punt return for a touchdown

Victorian Vicious Fish weathered the Blizzard 35 - 3
QB Gaius Augustus threw for 254 yards and 2 touchdowns while his counterpart QB Marcus Lepidus threw for 245 yards and 3 touchdowns. WR Telly Phone IV had 119 yards receiving and 1 touchdown. WR Telly Phone V had 117 yards receiving and 1 touchdown. TE Kie Li, WR Telly Phone and WR Telly Phone III all had touchdowns of their own as well.

The Portland Maniacs slipped by the Mambas 13 - 3
Coach Germ said," We were lucky to win that one. We are still trying to find our offense. I think that I might have to hand over the controls to one of my assistant coaches. Hopefully a new perspective will jump start the offense. We have the horse. We just have to figure out how to use them."

The new look Wildcat's blanked Jamestown 42 - 0.
No more Wildcat Yento. Yento was replace by superstar Errol Flynn. Flynn threw for 477 yards and 4 touchdowns. Both HB Breezy Cheeks and HB Erzer Jackson had a touchdown on the ground. WR Clay Wilkes had 105 yards receiving. WR Jimbo Harmon had 69 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns. WR Slow Burn had 39 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns.

The Chi Town replacement players beat Rochester 29 -9.
The Chupacabres are back, undefeated and contrary to belief ready to play!

Week 2 BOLD Predictions

Trinity will go to 2 - 0 and Garland and Townsend will put up gawdy numbers against the soon to be 0 - 2 Columbus.

Royal Company go to 2 - 0, running it up against Da Roofers. Rough way to start the season for Houston , 0 - 2, first Trinity then Royal Company.

The Vicious Fish will go to 2 - 0 unless the Maniacs can find their offense and stop the Fish.

The Blizzard will get to 1 -1 with an easy win over the Mambas.

The Wildcats will go to 2 - 0 and pad their stats against Rochester.

Jamestown versus Chi Town.
This is going to be a great game. It always is when these two team get together. To close to call, so I am not even going to try.

Week 2 Wrap Up

Trinity 69 - Columbus 0
At least someone enjoyed themselves...what did you expect?
Stuart Garland passed for 557 yards and 6 touchdowns. HBs Nigel Quake and Harry Swift rushed for a touchdown apiece. WR Kendal had 144 yards receiving with 1 touchdown. TE Justin Townsend had 156 yards receiving and 2 touchdowns. HB Nigel Quake and WR Aron Overton each caught a touchdown pass as well.

Royal Company 41 - Houston 17
We applaud Da Roofers for scoring on the RC. RC QB Mariota Royal ran for 368 yards and 5 touchdowns. Teammate HB George Douglas ran for 123 yards and 1 touchdown. Houston QB Joker Michigan threw touchdown passes to WRs Dez Bryant and My "Precious Reward.

VVF 45 - Portland 10
QB Gaius Augustus threw for 312 yards and 5 touchdowns and teammate Marcus Lepidus threw for 226 yards and 1 touchdown. TE Kie Li had 113 yards receiving. WR Telly Phone Jnr caught 2 touchdown passes, WR Telly Phone caught 2 touchdown passes as well. TE Jay Loe and WR Telly Phone III each had 1 touchdown. HB Penny Sanders had 99 yards rushing and 1 touchdown for the Mainiacs. One question...Will someone answer the damn Telly Phone???

Boston 49 - Dallas 0
Boston QB Russell Dixon threw for 201 yards with a touchdown to WR Jump McHands. The Boston back breakers did the rest. Ted Buckland ran for 163 yards and 3 touchdowns while teammate Paul Lowe ran for 180 yards and 3 touchdowns.

Jamestown 28 - Chi Town 19
This was another great game between these two rivals. Jamestown QBs Chase Girard and Quincy Banner XII threw for a touchdown each. HB Power Perfect ran for 2 touchdowns while teammates JT Vaccaro and Ruud Hummel each caught the ball in the end zone.

Washington 34 - Rochester 0
Was Washington taking it easy on the Colonels? QB Errol Flynn threw for 229 yards and 3 touchdowns. HB Breezy Cheeks ran for 1 touchdown. TE Giovanni Davis caught 2 touchdowns and teammate Oswald Courtney rounded out the scoring for the Wildcats. One question...where did Wildcat Yento go?

Week 3 BOLD Predictions

#28 Houston Roofers will get their first win of the season versus #29 CPU controlled Columbus Blaze.

#7 VVF (Victorian Vicious Fish is too long to write) easy W over the #29 Mambas. Pat those stats Fish!

#22 Blizzard over #26 Mainiacs. We always love playing these guys, even if we come in second place. BTW, I think it is our turn to win. You should let us win this one.

#25 Red Raiders over #29 Colonels. A nice timely win for the Raiders.

The retooled Washington Wildcats over the Chupacabres. This should be a great game.

Another great game...#6 Trinity over #8 Royal Company. RC has a chance to shake up the pecking order in the Birch League.

Good job agerm, Trinity Vs RC should be a great game, Pass VS Run is always interesting and it should give me some tips for Week 4 when VVF meet RC!
