What good comes out of making a extremely fast player?! Are they good as return men, running routes, outside rushes. And if you make Sprinting 100 and quickness 100 how much SP would be left over to possible build afterwards!? Would really like to know

fast players are always good, but 100 sprinting/quickness is just silly unless you're going for an extremely specialized "get so wide open that catch in traffic becomes obsolete" WR. I think anything over 80 on either one is kinda pushing it, although I could see where there'd be great utility in a 100 sprinting/80 quickness slot receiver.

I want a good return man but I want him to contribute to a team more than just returning kicks a and punts

Just build a power back. They wont run out of bounds, and they take advantage of sometimes light tacklers on special teams.
