Start passing from 2 WR.

I'm sure the defenses 2WR sets see are different and face fewer defensive backs

Double Slant is something I can never get to run right. But Alaska is bomb at it.

DC Politicians used to run it pretty well during their building seasons. Stopped working efficiently one we got to pro and vet

I might have better luck at it this season. Last season I think it had a lot to do with Po's lack of speed.

Looking at the data, it's shocking to me how bad so many passing plays really are.

Running 4 of the plays in the next scrim I've set up, I'll post the results afterwards.

Romo - do you still have the spreadsheet up?

For running - what are #6 and #7? (since 4 and 5 no longer exist)

Weak Overload and TE Slant were pretty amazing, but I was facing a team who blitzed the majority of the time so not for sure what it would do vs a good pass defense. I think I only completed Double Hitches twice the entire game, won't be running it. Chalice I ran a lot last season and its either a huge gain or nothing. I think my completetion rate on it last season was around 40%, so not very consistent. The only thing I did find that was surprising to me is how well Flood Left beat 3-3-5 Man Base, which if not a fluke would be pretty big for passing.

This was from a scrim earlier today. I only run the play in Short yardage situations and being pinned deep twice got this lucky call to happen.

I've never had any 90+ passes in a game, much less 2. Looking at the CB that got beat he is obviously a run stopper so this may not even work vs a better CB.

Chalice is all about the FB

Chalice is amazing with Superstar WR's and a really fast FB. I kinda wonder how well it would do with 2 super fast FB's. The regular FB almost never gets passed at.

Ya if you can stay on the FB its definitely a hit or miss play. But if you can't keep with the FB you have to account for him and quite often that leads teams to leaving a WR open which gets far more messy.

P sure my team accounted for every single instance of QB rollout right from Big I
